II. GENERAL CONDITIONS AND THE POTENTIAL FOR WATER CONSERVATION AREA INDRAMAYU
* Indramayu district has the potential areas of sea waters, coastal / brackish and freshwater. These conditions have Indramayu biological diversity (biodiversity) is high.

IV. ARRANGEMENT ZONATION KKLD BIAWAK ISLAND
* CORE ZONE: as an absolute protection zone, this zone is necessary to protect the interests of the region (to protect habitat and populations of marine and coastal). On this block is not allowed any physical development of the region except in the context of security.
* BUFFER ZONE: a zone of restricted use for activities TOUR SPECIAL INTEREST (semi-intensive / limited). Activities include: nautical tourism, ecotourism, marine tourism (diving, snorkeling, fishing) use in this zone is semi-intensive and multipurpose.
* FARMING ZONE LIMITED is a zone of utilization for marine aquaculture (marine culture) and captive species of marine life and rare species of ornamental fish. In an effort to improve living standards of coastal communities.

2. Tourism Education (Heiking, outbound, photography, introduction of plants and nature).
3. Tourism Culture and History (Pilgrimage Lighthouse and Buildings th. 1872).
4. Coastal Community Economic Development (Souvenir KKLD, Inpatient Services, Service Guide, etc.)
5. Marine Aquaculture and Breeding Endangered Marine Life (floating net cages of grouper, sea grass and marine ornamental fish breeding and biota rare) plants and natural)
